Joseph Allamano

Joseph Allamano (January 21st 1851, Castelnuovo, close to Turin - February 16th 1926 with Turin) is the founder of the religious congregation of the Missionnaires of Consolata to Turin (1901), for the evangelization of the Peuple S and the co-operation with the young people Église S. He was the pupil of Saint Jean Bosco

His/her mother was the sister of Saint Joseph Cafasso which was itself Recteur Sanctuaire of Notre-Dame of Consolata in Turin.

Of 1880 to its death, he was the vice-chancellor of the sanctuary of Notre-Dame of Consolata in Turin.

It was béatifié by Jean-Paul II with Rome the October 7th 1990.

Its festival is fixed at the February 16th.
