Joseph Louis , count of Luppé is a French politician, born the September 7th 1837 with Corbère (Yrénées-Atlantiques) and deceased the November 3rd 1912 with Paris.
Biography
Joseph Louis of Luppé was the son of Gaston, marquis de Luppé (1802-1880) and of Armandine d' Angosse (1809-1853).Louis de Luppé was owner of agricultural domains in the Yrénées-Atlantiques and belonged to the general advice of this department of 1871 to 1880.
He presented for the first time to the legislative elections of the February 20th 1876 in the first district (Pau), but he obtained only 4.992 votes against 6.920 with the republican Marcel Barthe. After the dissolution of the Room, he was elected in the same district the October 28th 1877 by 6.862 votes against 6.419 with the outgoing deputy. But the election was invalidated and Louis de Luppé was beaten the July 7th 1878 by 5.805 votes against 6.574 with Marcel Barthe.
The October 4th 1885, registered on the preserving list of the Low-Pyrenees, Louis de Luppé became elected of this department, fourth on five. It took seat on the benches of the right-hand side with which it voted in particular against the law on primary school education, against the new military law, the re-establishment of the poll of district, against the continuations against three deputies members of the Ligue of the patriots, against restrictive the Lisbon bill of freedom of the press, against the continuations against the Général Baker.
It does not fill of another parliamentary mandate.
