Joseph-Alfred Mongrain
Joseph-Alfred Mongrain was born with St-Tite (Quebec, Canada) in 1908. He was mayor of the town of Three-Rivers (Quebec, Canada), of 1949 to 1953, then of 1960 to 1963. He was appointed district of Three-Rivers of 1965 to 1968 as an independent candidate, and of 1968 to 1970 like liberal.
