Jose Miguel Insulza
Jose Miguel Insulza (born the June 2nd 1943) is a Chilean Politician . general secretary of the Organization of the American States since the May 26th 2005.
September 20th 1994 with the June 22nd 1999, he is Foreign Minister of the Chile. Minister of Interior Department of the March 11th 2000 with the May 2nd 2005.
He is married and father of three children.
