Jose Feliciano
Jose Feliciano is a Chanteur and Guitariste American blind man, born the September 10th 1945 with Puerto Rico, known thanks to its Reprise again S of Light My Fire, California Dreamin, Susie-Q and compositions: Che Sara (taken again French under the title " Who saura" by Mike Brant), Feliz Navidad… He plays mainly on a traditional guitar with a precise tact which bring to its emotive voice a mixture of music choros (Pegao), flamenco, jazzy (Assertion, And I coil her), pop-rock'n'roll (Yesterday, Light my fire), variety (Sunny) etc… Its traditional formation enables him to know harmonic and rhythmic subtleties which it illustrates in its improvisations of the multiple musical fields that it practices. It is thanks to that its melodies knew to inspire by the musicians of jazz, like Georges Benson for “Assertion”. Jose Feliciano said itself that he was not a musician the pop one, of Latin or jazz, but which he was right a musician…
