Biography

It was interested in the Délire S chronicles with systematic evolution. It was sent on mission in various countries and wrote a report/ratio on the care lavished to the lunatics in France, Germany, Suisse and Belgium.

In waiting of the creation of a post of professor of medical college at the University of Freiburg in Switzerland, Paul Sérieux was named doctor with the Asile of Marsens.

He was also doctor-assistant of Perray-Vaucluse, then Villejuif, then with the Asile of City-Evrard then to that of White House and finished his career with Holy-Anne.

He worked with epileptics. He is the first to have revealed work of Emil Kraepelin in France. (Classification of the mental diseases and theories of Kraepelin on the Dementia praecox). He wrote on the psychiatric institutions of the XVII {{E}} and of the 18th century.

He worked with Capgras.

It wrote a book devoted to the psychiatrist Valentine Magnan, who was his professor.
