Jordin Sparks

Jordin Brianna Sparks is an American singer which gained the edition 2007 of the emission reality “American Idol” in the United States. It was born on December 22nd, 1989 with Staten Island in New York.

Family and childhood

It is the girl of Jodi Weidmann and Phillippi Sparks, a former American football player in two famous teams the New York Giants (1992-9) and the Dallas Cowboys (2000). It took its retirement on August 28th, 2000. Jordin is the elder one of their two children; the other is a boy, PJ. For one short period, the family lived in Orchard Place, Ridgewood, in the New Jersey where Sparks went to school (Orchard School). Some of its old Profs which still teach support it there. Currently, the family lives in Glendale, Arizona. Sparks follows a teaching to residence.

Trade

May 23rd, 2007, Sparks gained all the rounds of the sixth season of “American Idol” which began on January 17th, 2007. At the beginning, it made good impression on the three judges Simon Cowell (an English manager in the music), Paula Abdul (a dancer and American singer) and Randy Jackson (an American singer). Sparks is youngest gaining this emission and the only one which comes from the South-west of the country

It had already made several small contests in Arizona, for example “Arizona Idol”. She worked a little like mannequin, and notable fact, she did the one of the magazine “ Seventeen ” (edition of December 2006). It was also actress - more particularly with the theater.

Its new song “ This Is My Now ” which speaks somebody who has just found independence and confidence and would like to benefit the maximum of the life, left to the United States. Undoubtedly, thanks to this international contest, its song will traverse the whole world.
