Jonathan Isaac Kaplan , born the November 7th 1966 with Durban is a international referee South-African of Rugby to XV.

Career of referee

He arbitrated its first international match the April 18th 1997.

Jonathan Kaplan in particular arbitrated four matches of the World cup of Rugby 2003, seven matches of the Tournoi of the six nations and five matches of the Tri-nations (to the 29-07-06).

It referee the semi-final of the RWC 2007 between England and France
