Jon Christensen

Jon Christensen is a Batteur and Percussioniste of Norwegian Jazz born in 1943.
It is one of the beaters of jazz the most recognized of Scandinavia. Christensen is especially known for its participation in the European four-bit byte of Keith Jarrett, with Jan Garbarek and Palle Danielsson.
Among his collaborations, one can quote his participation in many recordings of Jan Garbarek, Ralph Towner or Tomasz Stanko. He is member of the trio of Bobo Stenson.
