John Whitney Barlow
John Whitney Barlow (June 26th 1838 with New York – February 27th, 1914 with Jerusalem) was a Militaire of career and an officer Général of the US Army. During and after the American Civil War, he was particularly noticed for his talents of Engineer, one of his great work, having had a considerable civil impact, was his report/ratio relating to the exploration carried out by forwarding Hayden with Yellowstone in 1871
