John Paul Meier

John P. Meier is a catholic Prêtre American, specialist in Exégèse.

He made his studies with the Saint-Joseph seminar, or he becomes bachelor off Art (equivalent with the license) in 1964, then is laid off in Theology into 168 with the Grégorienne in Rome, and finally in 1976, with the biblical pontifical Institut he obtains a doctorate in Scriptures.

He was writer of The Catholic Biblical Quarterly and chair The Catholic Biblical Association . He taught with the The Catholic University off America with Washington DC

He is professor of New Testament at the Department of theology of the Université of Notre Dame in the Indiana.
