John Mudge

John Mudge (1721 - March 26th 1793) is a British Médecin and manufacturer of mirror of telescopes.

Mudge improves the Alliage S and the methods of polishing of the mirrors of telescopes. It receives the Médaille Copley in 1777 for an article One mirror making describing these alloys and methods of manufacture of mirror of Télescope.
