John Hopkinson
John Hopkinson (July 28th 1849 - August 27th 1898) was a Physicien English.
Hopkinson became famous thanks to his work on the applications of the electricity and the Magnétisme on subjects such as the Dynamo S and the electromagnets. He is also the discoverer of the Effet Hopkinson.
The magnetic equivalent of the law of ohm bears its name: Formula of Hopkinson.
