John Hop

John Houblon is a businessman English. In 1693, it obtains, of the king d' Espagne Philippe II, the right to trade with the Spanish Colonies in America and to fish out the treasures of the wrecks of galleons shipwrecked men in the Caribbean Sea. In 1695, it is named Lord-maire of London.
