John Holmes (diplomatic)

Sir John Holmes was born in April 1951 in Preston, in the North of the England (the United Kingdom). It is Diplomate of career. Career

On its return to London in 1987, it occupied the assistant post of head of the Soviet Department of the Foreign and the Commonwealth Office.
