John Edmund Gardner (born the September 20th 1926 with Seaton Delavel, the United Kingdom and dead the August 3rd 2007), is a British writer .
John Gardner learns how to read as of three years and wants to be a writer as of eight years. He studies then the literature and conjuring.
During the Second world war, it is mobilized and finds military instructor, then conjurer for the American Red Cross on the face. He becomes also commando with the Means and the Far East.
John Gardner continues his studies in Cambridge and Oxford, then launches out in theology. He will be Pasteur during seven years then will sink in alcoholism. He becomes also critical dramatic pous he assembles plays to Canada and the United States. He undergoes finally a treatment to fight against his dependence with alcohol and writes a book on the subject which will make it famous.
Then it publishes a series of parodic spy novels into full James Bond handled: adventures of Boatsie Oakes, the liquidator. Its character will know eight adventures.
John Gardner writes then several series of detective novels and espionage. With beginning of the year 80, he is contacted by Glidrose Publications to write new adventures of James Bond. He refuses first of all, but after reflection, the proposal on the condition accepts of being able to take along the character of Ian Fleming in the direction which it wishes. John Gardner wants to transpose James Bond in the Eighties and to make it evolve/move in a realistic world of espionage. It is what interests Glidrose Publications.
Between 1981 and 1996, he will not write less than fourteen novels of James Bond and two Novélisation S of films.
In 1996, whereas his wife has just died and that it itself is reached of a cancer of the esophagus in final phase, it gives up the novels of James Bond.
With the beginning of the year 2000, it however remakes surface, survives against any waiting its incurable evil and again plans to write novels. It since wrote since several new works regularly published.
