John Fowles

John Robert Fowles , born the March 31st 1926 with Leigh-one-Sea and deceased the Governed November 5th 2005 with Lyme, is a writer English pertaining to the current postmodernist.

Biography

Born the March 31st 1926 with Leigh-one-Sea, a city of the Essex, it was formed in Bedford School and the university of Oxford where it studied French, then it taught in France and Greece. The international success of its first novel, Obsessed the ( The Collector ) puts an end to its career of teacher and it is devoted then to the literature. Its most remarkable novels are the Magus ( The Magus ) and Sarah and the lieutenant French ( The French Lieutenant' S Woman ). The Nobs , his most known work except fiction, is a collection of philosophical reflections. John Fowles finishes his life with Lyme Regis, in the Dorset and dies of a cancer the November 5th 2005.
