John Dykstra
John Charles Dykstra (born the June 3rd 1947 with Long Beach, the United States of America) is a person in charge of special Effets for the Cinéma and a Pionnier in their development. It also proposed the use of the Informatique in cinematographic creation.
John Dykstra founded ILM, the studio of fakings of George Lucas. Prize winner with the Oscars for the special effects of the Star Wars and technically for the creation of a system controls computerized Caméra named Dykstraflex and developped at the point for ILM.
Dykstra then carried out a prestigious career in solo, by in particular signing fakings of films of the saga of Spider-Man . It work in particular at Sony Imageworks for the post production of Spider-Man.
It took part inter alia in the Star Wars , Star Trek I , Spider-Man and Batman Forever ).
