John Barleycorn
John Barleycorn is a Romance autobiographical of Jack London published in 1913 and which tells its fight against the Alcoolisme. The title is borrowed from an English traditional song. It means word for word “Jean Grain of Barley” is the Orge from which one manufactures the Whiskey.
In France the book is initially appeared under the title the Cabaret of the last chance .
