John Albion Andrew

John Albion Andrew (May 31st 1818 - October 30th 1867) was an American politician . He was governor of the Massachusetts of 1861 with 1866, during the American Civil War. He is one of those which brought to the creation of the first units of the US Army made up black men, of which the famous 54th Massachusetts Infantry.
