Johannes Hedwig

Johannes Hedwig (born the December 8th 1730 of a shoe-maker Jakob Hedwig with Kronstadt Siebenbürgen; † the February 18th 1799 with Leipzig). Botanist and German doctor, he is the father of modern Bryologie.
