Johann Vesque von Püttlingen
Johann Vesque von Püttlingen , known as Johann Hoven , was born the July 23rd 1803 with Opole in Poland and died in 1883 with Vienna.
Member of an old Lorraine family of , Vesque of Puttelange, he was the friend of Schubert and Mendelssohn, and published a certain number of compositions starting from 1828, primarily in the lyric vocal repertory.
He composed 330 Lied er ( Ironischen Lieder ) and of the operas like Turandot (1838) and Jeanne d' Arc (1840), as well as many songs.
Hoven is a type-setter of the voice: a score of religious and profane works (of the quartets) were created by him. Its works appear in the repertory of the Library of Vienna and gave place to some interpretations to the the United States.
