Johann Nepomuk von Laicharting
Johann Nepomuk von Laicharting is a Austrian Entomologiste , born the February 4th 1754 with Innsbruck and dead the May 7th 1797 in this same city.
He teaches the Natural history in Innsbruck and described many S and S of coleopters.
He makes appear Verzeichniss und Beschreibung der Tyroler-Insecten. 1. Teil. Kaferartige Insecten in a volume (1781). It was probably the beginning of a work which was to cover all the insects of Austria.
