Johann Georg Goldammer

Johann Georg Goldammer (born in 1949) is an engineer German Forestier and professor of Sylviculture at the university of Freiburg-in-Brisgau.
He is recognized for his work on forest fires and is regarded as one of the founders of the ecology of German and European fire. He directs the GFMC to Freiburg and intervenes on the chain TV ARTE.
