Johan Jørgen Holst
Johan Jørgen Holst (November 29th 1937 - January 13rd 1994) was a Norwegian politician , member of the Parti Work, more known for its role in the Accords of Oslo.
He is Ministre for the Defense of 1986 with 1989, and of 1990 at April 1993. Then, he becomes Foreign Minister until his death in January 1994. During this short moment, it takes part nevertheless in the israélo-Palestinian peace process and the secret discussions held in Oslo, which lead to the Agreements of Oslo.
In December 1993, he suffers from light a Cerebral vascular accident and is allowed at the hospital. He dies one month later.
He was married with Marianne Heiberg.
In its memory, the town of Gaza created the Park Holst, a center of activities for children from 6 to 15 years.
