Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud

Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud is a woman French Politique , born the February 9th 1951 with Algiers (Algérie).

Biography

Graduate of the School of Body of notaries of Paris, after having passed a capacity in right to Université Paris II. She is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the 6 {{E}} district of the Hauts-de-Seine Puteaux/Neuilly-sur-Seine. She belongs to the group UMP. She is the girl of Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud, former mayor of Puteaux, old senator, and always UMP general adviser of Puteaux.

Since 2007 it is elected appointed June 16th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 6th district of the Hauts-de-Seine Puteaux/Neuilly-sur-Seine. It belongs to the group UMP.

She resigns of her mandate of deputy on December 31st, 2004 following the resignation of Nicolas Sarkozy, summoned to leave the ministry for Finances following her accession with the presidency of UMP. This one wishing to be made re-elect appointed, it becomes again its substitute; she obtains like “compensation” a seat with the Economic and Social Council. But a few months later, following the referendum of May 29th, 2005, Nicolas Sarkozy being recalled to the government, it becomes again appointed once again.

She was elected mayor of Puteaux by the municipal council in April 2004, after the resignation of her father, Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud, suffering. This one remains mayor-assistant and general adviser of Puteaux.

It is the candidate of UMP at legislative June 10th and 17th 2007 on the 6th district of the Hauts-de-Seine (Puteaux-Neuilly). Its substitute is Arnaud Teullé, assistant of the mayor of Neuilly.

Controversies

In September 2005, given on foot, Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud required of his daughter to return “her” armchair of mayor to him. The latter refused. Since, a “war” opposes the father and the girl.

Another “war” is opened by Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud against Christophe Grébert, organizer of a Blog on Puteaux where it resides and militant of the Socialist party.

Tuesday September 5th 2006, Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud and Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud, represented with the court by the lawyer Jean-Marc Fédida, are condemned in first authority for slandering against Christophe Grébert, after the publication of a text on the municipal site of Puteaux implying that the bloguor had “inclinations paedophiles”. Joelle and Charles Ceccaldi-Raynaud must pay 2 500 euros of fines each one, like 3 000 euros of damages jointly. A legal advertisement must in addition be published on the municipal site, like in Parisian the . This judgment was confirmed by the Court of Appeal of Versailles in April 2007.
