Joel Theule

Joel Theule (1930-1980) is a French politician and former minister,

Born the March 22nd 1930 with Sablé-sur-Sarthe, of modest origin, it becomes aggregate of geography at 24 years and ensign with the Military academy of the Arrow before launching out in the policy. It becomes appointed gaullist (UNR, UD-Ve République, UDR) of the the Sarthe of 1958 with 1968 and of 1969 with 1978, mayor of Sablé-sur-Sarthe of 1959 with 1980, general adviser of the the Sarthe.

It acquires a reputation of fine policy, broken in the art of the operation. A building bears its name to Sablé: the Arts center Joel Theule.

Francois Fillon, which was her parliamentary attache, took again her mandates as mayor of Sablé-sur-Sarthe and appointed of the Sarthe.
