Joel Robuchon
Joel Robuchon (born the April 7th 1945 with Poitiers) is one of largest the Cuisinier S French; it is also one of most media.
He studies the art of the kitchen to the Small seminar of Mauléon-on-Separates in the Two-Sevres.
He currently exerts his talents in two restaurants with Paris:
- the workshop of Joel Robuchon (1 star in Michelin)
- the table of Joel Robuchon (2 stars in Michelin)
Its first Parisian restaurant was crowned better restoring in the world in 1994 by the International Herald Tribune .
He exerts also abroad, in particular with Monaco, Tokyo, Macao, Las Vegas, London and HongKong
Being of a spirit very pedagog it animates a television program produced and carried out by Guy Job since January 2000: Good appetite of course on France 3. Previously it animated the emission Cuisinez like a big boss on TF1 of 1996 to 1999.
It also conceives receipts for Fleury Michon.
