Joel Hart (born the July 13rd 1945 with Villers-Campsart in the Somme) is a man Politique French, member of the UMP and mayor of the town of Arguel of 1971 with 1995 and mayor of the town of Abbeville since 1995. It was with three nonconsecutive recoveries Député of the Somme between 1986 and 2007. He was English professor to the college of Beaucamps the Old man before launching out in the policy.
He is appointed (UMP) of the district of the Somme (4th) of the June 16th 2002 with the June 17th 2007 at the time of XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007). He is candidate for his re-election at the time of the legislative elections of the June 17th 2007 but with 48,38% of the voices at the time of the second turn, he is beaten by the socialist candidate Gilbert Mathon (51,62%).
