Joe Quimby
Joe Quimby is one of the characters of the animated series Simpson, created by Matt Groening.
He is the large mayor of the town of Springfield, and belongs to the Democratic party.
Large schemer, ultra corrupted, abductor of public funds, it of with its 6th consecutive mandate (Quimby fakes the elections). Bart and LISA will help it in its countryside against Tahiti Bob and will save to him the elections. in this episode, LISA is astonished that a " that a notorious criminal (Tahiti Bob) collects as much voice and that another notorious criminal collects some if peu".
In the episode " The hell of the jeu" , Quimby proposed to move in another profitable city where it would make come its citizens…
It is known to cultivate Marijuana in its office and has many relations extraconjugales. Its wife, always vêtue of a pink tailor, and who worked formerly in the closed house of Springfiel (the " Derrière" house;) surprises besides often in red-handed. Quimby has also a son and a nephew, Freddy Quimby, adult young person with the coarse behavior and violent one.
