Jock Stein

John Stein , known as Jock Stein (born in Burnbank, the United Kingdom, the October 6th 1922 - deceased the September 10th 1985 with Cardiff), officer of the Order of the British Empire, was a Football or then Entraîneur of Scottish football .

After a discrete career of player, he was the legendary trainer of the Celtic Glasgow at the time of the years 1960-70. He conquered with the greens and white 10 titles of champion of Scotland, 9 cuts of Scotland and especially a cut of Europe of the clubs champions in 1967 (first C1 gained by a nonLatin team).

Stein was then trainer of the team of Scotland which it qualified for the world cup 1982. He died of an heart attack in full match of Scotland against the Wales the September 10th 1985 with Cardiff.
