Joanot Martorell

Joanot Martorell (1413 - 1468), figure of the Century of Catalan Gold, is the famous first writer of language Catalan E. Valencian, he is the brother-in-law of the poet Ausiàs March, who married one of his sisters. Drawing the White , its most known work, is regarded by the specialists as the Romance first “modern”. Miguel de Cervantes considered this book as the best book of the world (and not simply like best the Romance of Chevalerie in the world, as one wrote sometimes).
