Joan Llorenç

Joan Llorenç ( Juan Llorens in Spanish), (Valence, 1458 - 1520) is a middle-class man of the town of Valence, considered as the ideologist and the first leader of the revolt of the Germanías.

The principal demand of the movement is the restoration of control supporter of corporatism of the installation of new craftsmen. He is the first chief of the Junte of the 13 .

With its death, the revolt loses its character moderated, whereas Vicente Peris takes the head of it, to cover a more revolutionary and quarrelsome caracttère.
