Jmeijme
Jmeijme or Jmaijmeh is a small village in the south of the Lebanon being at an altitude of 750 Mr.
Bombardment of Jmeijme in 1996. The bombardment of Jmeijme took place between on April 11th and on April 27th, 1996, Israel launches a bombardment campaign called Opération Grapes of anger against targets located on the Lebanese territory. Israeli aviation bombarded several houses in the village which led to died the of more than 10 civilians who remained several days under the debris.
