Jinsha

Jinsha (金沙) is an archeological site located in the province of the Sichuan in the suburbs of Chengdu in China. This site was accidentally discovered in February 2001 during the construction of a road. Located at approximately 50 km of Sanxingdui, it goes back to approximately 1000 av. J. - C. and shows the same characteristics of hiding of the objects as the site of Sanxingdui. Ivory, jade, objects of bronze, gold, stones carved were discovered in Jinsha, but with the difference of Sanxingdui the site was not surrounded by a wall.
