Jimmy Rushing
Rushing (James Andrew, “Jimmy” ), was a Chanteur of Blues and Jazz American, born with Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on August 26th 1903, deceased with New York, on June 8th 1972.
Biography
After having played 13 years in the orchestra of Count Basie, it starts a career solo while continuing to make sessions, in particular with Duke Ellington.
