Jimmy Bond is an author, type-setter and interprets Québécois born with Montreal in 1943.

Biography

Jimmy Bond begins in the middle of the years 1960 as singer by belonging to some groups, of which Gold-Fingers. Equipped with a very beautiful voice drunk person, it continues his career in solo towards 1969 and records titles like " Anyway one includes/understands pas" and " I am well in my peau" , then turns quickly to a career in duet with the singer Nicole Martin, with whom it has a series of great successes in 1974 (" The hearts do not have a fenêtres" , " Leave us our rock' N roll" , " When one is deux" , " The song of our amour" , " I want to love you toi" , " We are like rock' N roll" and especially " One is made to live ensemble"). But Nicole Martin prefers to continue his career in solo and the duet separates after the production from only one album. Jimmy Bond however continues to write for Nicole Martin during a few years (amongst other things the song " Your yeux") then he again only sings (" I like toi" very; , disc precisely produces by Nicole Martin in 1976) before leaving for a stay a few years in California. It returns in 1979 and takes again its career of singer. It endisque little however, but obtains all the same a certain success with its album " For me, be to you never partie" in 1983. One finds it thereafter especially in the cabarets of the Quebec.

Jimmy Bond will be also made actor, the time of a film in 1983. Under the direction of Brigitte Sauriol, Jimmy interprets the role of a musician who courts the actress Marie Tifo in the film " Only a jeu". It will also sign some songs of the production which also puts in the high-speed motorboat the actor Raymond Cloutier. Jump is withdrawn towards 1995 because of various health issues.
