Jiaqing
Jiaqing ( Aixinjuelo Yongyan , 1760 - 1820) was the son of the emperor Qianlong, his name of reign was Renzong . He was emperor of China of February 9th 1796 at 1820, following the abdication of his father. However, Jiaqing had to fight against the arrival of Europeans and the influence of their ideas. Although its powerful emperor of father abdicated, it is him which will continue to draw the strings from the political game until its death, on February 7th 1799.
Jiaqing should not be confused with the emperor Jiajing (1507 - 1567) of the Dynastie Ming.
