Jeunism
The jeunism is a generally pejorative neologism which describes the will supposed to give a more important place to the young , or with the concepts related to the latter.
The term is used in professional frameworks to describe the Discrimination S by the age, but also in many trade associations to denounce the replacement of employees by graduates. One also speaks about jeunism to indicate the passion for the techniques of Cosmetic surgery, care of the body and worship of youth in general.
