JetStar Airways is a subsidiary company of Qantas Airways, the national company of Australia. It exploits Airbus A320 and Boeing 717-200 on the interior network serving principal the east coast of the country. JetStar Airways has also a subsidiary company: Jetstar Asia based with Singapore exploiting some A320-200 then Airbus A330 -200 and serving destinations in Southeast Asia. From here a few years, when Qantas receives its first Boeing 787, it is expected that JetStar exploits some lines between Australia and the Southeast Asia.
