Jesuit (pastry making)
See also: Jesuit (homonymy)
The Jesuit is a French Pâtisserie famous.
It is about a small triangle of Puff pastry lined with the Frangipane and covered with glazing. The name comes from what, in the beginning, these pastry makings were covered with Praline or of glazing to the Chocolat in the shape of hat on board raised like those of the Jésuites.
