Jessica Abel
Jessica Abel , born with Chicago in 1969 is a scenario writer and dessinatrice of American cartoon .
She starts to draw cartoons with the Université of Chicago. In 1992, it presents a house impression of sound comix Artbabe to Fantagraphics at the time of the Chicago Comics Convention , without success. Four years later, it always publishes Artbabe (a number per annum) and ends up drawing the attention of Fantagraphics which is, since, its editor.
In 2005, it finishes “Perdida” an account of fiction which occurs to the Mexico.
Beside her activity of author, Jessica Abel teaches in the section cartoon of the school of visual arts of New York. She is married with the author Matt Madden.
