Jerry Yang Chih-Yuan (Chinese simplified: 杨致远; traditional Chinese: 楊致遠; Pinyin: Yáng Zhìyuǎn; born on November 6th, 1968) is a businessman American originating in Taiwan. It is one of the cofounders of Yahoo! with David Filo.

It is the CEO since the June 18th 2007.

In 2007, Forbes estimated the fortune of Jerry Yang to 2,2 billion dollars with a classification with the 432e of the the richest people of the world.
