Jerry Rice

Jerry Lee Rice , born the October 13rd 1962 in Starkville (the Mississippi) is a former player of NFL, the American league of American football. He is regarded as the best receiver distant ( Wide receiver ) from the history. Jerry Rice added up during her career 1 549 receptions, which makes of him the recordman on the matter. Moreover, only three other players took delivery of more 1 000 master keys during their career.

Biography

Rice gained three Super Bowl with the frankness from the San Francisco 49ers. He is holder of 38 records NFL (in particular of the greatest number of Touchdown S registered by the same player during a career, and several records of performances to the Super Bowl), which in fact a record in oneself.

He also played for the Oakland Raiders and the Seattle Seahawks during his career. In 2005, it was present on the list of the players of the Denver Broncos but it stopped its career a little before the beginning of the season. It signed the following year a contract with the 49ers, but put a final term at its career the August 24th 2006.

Rice never rested on her Speed of race (enough average) to outclass her defenders. On the other hand, it was equipped with exceptional hands which enabled him to make a success of the most extravagant receptions. The legend wants that this quality comes to him from its childhood, when his/her father, Maçon, launched bricks to him in order to develop his agility. Rice became member of the Hall off Famed of university football in August 2006. It should also integrate the Pro Football Hall off Famed when it is eligible, except surprise.
