In 2002, Jerome Béguin diffuses on his site an anonymous leaflet distributed by a militant group and blaming the methods of industrial bakeries Pouly Tradition SA, and the political activities of the president of this company Olivier Wyssa. The leaflet qualifies the baker Aimé Pouly of " liar, robber and pollueur" and denounces with virulence Olivier Wyssa, directing National front (FN). In a first judgment, the Court grants to Jerome Béguin the possibility of putting forward its bona fide and the proof of the truth. After 4 years of lawsuit, Jerome Béguin is, in spring 2006, discharged major part of the loads but found guilty of slandering for the term of " voleur" and that of " néo-fasciste" qualifying Olivier Wyssa. He is condemned to a weak fine. A few months later, the lawyer of Jerome Fancy, Main Jean-Pierre Garbade, obtains, after a recourse, the regulation of the business and the cancellation of the judgment.
