Jeanne de Valois , born in 1304, died in 1363, girl of Charles of France, count de Valois, of Anjou and of Maine, and of Catherine de Courtenay, titular empress of Constantinople.
Half-sister of the king Philippe VI of Valois, it married towards 1320 Robert III of Artois, count of Beaumont-the-Roger and lord of Conches, and had:

- Jeanne (1323-1324)
- Jacques (1325-ap.1347)
- Robert (1326-ap.1347)
- Charles (1328-1385), count de Pezenas
Robert III of Artois had very tried to recover the Comté of Artois of which it had been despoiled by his aunt Mahaut d' Artois, but was condemned and banished in 1331 to have carried out and have presented false documents at the time of the lawsuit which it brought against his aunt. Jeanne de Valois and her children were then imprisoned on the order of Philippe VI of Valois, however half-brother of Jeanne.
