Jean of Lacoste

Jean of Lacoste 1730 - 1820 is lawyer at the Parliament of Bordeaux become first directing clerk of the Navy the day before the Revolution. After being sent to the the Antilles to organize the new colonial mode, he was Minister for the Marine of March 15th 1792 at July 10th, 1792. He had to answer of his management in front of the criminal court of the department who discharged it. After the Coup d'etat of the 18 brumaire year VIII (November 9th 1799) it is named member of the council of the catches and preserved these functions until the suppression of this one in 1814.
