Jean de Broglie
Jean of Broglie (June 21st 1921 - December 24th 1976) is a Politician French.
Biography
Master of the requests to the Council of State. Appointed the Eure since 1958, constantly re-elected until its death, it belongs to the independent Républicains. He is general adviser of the the Eure and mayor of Broglie.He is successively Secretary of State in charge of the Public office (April at November 1962), then with the Algerian Affaires (1962 - 1966) and with the Foreign affairs (1966 - 1967). With Louis Joxe and Robert Buron, he one of the negotiators of the Accords of Evian is concluded between the France and the FLN, the March 18th 1962 which put a term at the Guerre of Algeria.
Jean de Broglie is assassinated the December 24th 1976 while leaving the residence of Pierre de Varga, his tax adviser. This last quickly is stopped, suspected of being the “key character” of the business in company of Patrick de Ribemont. In 1981, Varga is condemned by the Court of Assizes to ten years of reclusion for “complicity of assassination”. Put out of cause after being publicly presented like culprit by Michel Poniatowski, Patrick de Ribemont makes condemn France by the European Cour of the human rights the February 10th, 1995 and August 7th, 1996.
