Jean d\' Enghien
Jean d' Enghin (deceased the August 23rd 1281) is prince-bishop of Liege of the July 28th 1274 until its death.
Previously bishop of Turned, it owes its election with its friendship with the pope Gregoire X and with the king Rodolphe de Habsbourg.
Throughout its episcopate, many quarrels take place between the church and the city in connection with the firmness , a tax whose clergy is exempted according to an imperial edict of 1107.
