Jean Wiener

Jean Wiener (born with Paris the March 19th 1896, deceased in Paris the June 8th 1982) was a Pianiste and Compositeur French.

He knew glory in the varieties of Europe within the duet (of pianos) Wiener and Doucet which mixed traditional and jazz. To the untimely death of Clement Doucet, it was devoted to the composition in particular for original musics of films (more than 300). It created the music of the credits of the emission Wordless cartoon of ORTF.

His/her daughter is Elisabeth Wiener.
